For those on recall you will receive an invite for a Health Review annually in the month of your birthday. Appointments to check your Diabetes should be made with one of the Practice Nurses (Kathleen, Elaine or Denise). An appointment for a Health Review needs to made no later than 15.30 any day of the week as a blood sample will need to be sent to the labs and the pick up is 16:00. Please note Health Review appointments are 20 minutes long. You must also ensure when making the appointment you inform reception you require an appointment for a “Diabetic Health Review”.
